Situated on a plot of 130 sq.m. in Exarchia, the house has been designed to achieve a sense of light and space, internally showcasing a contemporary modern style with materials, finishes, and details carefully selected to create a living environment in harmony with its
traditional, neoclassical roots. The exterior is a sophisticated blend of glass, iron, stone, and brick, seamlessly integrating the house in its urban setting while maintaining a sense of privacy and elegance and which belies the modern interior beyond the understated front door.
This detached home provides 210 sq.m. of living space across 3 floors.

Entering through the outer door from the street, you arrive into the hallway where the accommodation begins to unfolds before you. To the left, through the dining area, designed to seat 7 in comfort, is a modern, fully equipped kitchen with windows offering glimpses to the street.

Toward the rear of the house is the generous and modern living room, which not only offers a place to relax and unwind but gives a view to the first of the outside spaces through the large glass doors which take you to the private courtyard with seating for alfresco dining and entertaining.
